I started my real estate career at Beazley Regional Properties in 2004, which eventually transitioned into Weichert Regional Properties, Orange CT.

I enjoyed helping clients to find their dream homes, or sell their property to allow them to do this.

With Weichert Regional Properties I gained experience working in Bethany, Orange, New Haven, West Haven and Woodbridge among other places.

After having some success, I took a hiatus to pursue other interests. I am happy to once again help clients find happiness purchasing or selling a home.

I have joined a great brokerage, Weichert Realtors On The Mark in Milford.

I am excited about resuming my career in Real Estate and look forward to helping my clients buy and sell their homes. I take great pride in my work and possess the knowledge and skill to make your purchase or sale go smoothly. I have many memories of clients that were ecstatic when the sale or buy closed.

I am a very compassionate and caring person. I treat every client like they are a member of my family. I remember having a client who loved a home in Westville. It was an estate sale with no margin for negotiation. He wanted it so badly, but it was priced over his ability to pay. In talking with the niece who was the fiduciary we came to a monetary agreement that made both sides happy. It wasn’t a big sale, but I will never forget the look on his face when he got the keys to his dream home.
I have many wonderful stories like that.

The Milford couple who I helped sell their house at such a price that they were able to buy a much larger house in Wallingford.
The retired couple who I helped move to Connecticut from New Jersey.
The military family from Texas who I helped find a home remotely. They trusted me to find a home that was adequate for a family of four close to work and having several amenities. I was their “eyes on the ground” through the house hunting process, the inspection and finally the closing.

I am married to a wonderful husband John Moffitt and have two senior cats. I have called Milford home for over 2 decades. I love taking long rides. I love the coastline and enjoy finding new places to eat or explore. But mostly I love meeting new people, hearing their story and helping them if I can.
